Mercy is the Founder of Who You Know (WYK) with a background in marketing strategies, cultural insights and diversity & inclusion consulting for clients including Meta, Unilever, Diageo, TikTok, Macmillan and Bumble.

Before WYK, she has always been passionate about bridging the gap between brands and talent. In 2022, she co-founded an award-winning marketing & creative internship programme named Futures UNLOCKED that has provided almost 50 paid internships as well as a series of up-skilling workshops for over 600 emerging creatives and high school students across Scotland.

She has also built bespoke mentorship programmes & workshops for a range of UK-wide networks and businesses supporting intergenerational collaboration & learning across teams.

A professional yapper at her core, Mercy hosts a Gen Z careers podcast, audacity of we encouraging intergenerational conversations within the workplace; she is an Ambassador for Europe-wide creative & hospitality B-corp organisation, The Social Hub - hosting a series of creative conversations called "Mercy Chats" and has had several speaking engagements including: The IPA, The Marketing Society, Advertising Week & Bloom Network.

For her work in the industry, Mercy has been awarded for 2025 The Media Leader’s 50 Black Women Gamechangers in Media, 2024 Campaign’s IPA iList, 2023 Media Week 30 under 30, The Media Leader Future 100 Club and 2022 Advertising Association’s BRiM Changemaker.
